Sign-in help
Keepsie uses Apple's native sign-in sheet. Make sure you are signed in to your Apple Account in Settings, then reopen Keepsie and tap Sign in with Apple. Cancelling the Apple sheet leaves the app signed out and you can try again at any time.
Offline drafts
If the connection drops while you are writing, Keepsie keeps the unfinished moment on that device. Reopen the same daily prompt after reconnecting, review the restored draft, and tap Keep this moment.
Photos, weather, and reminders
These features are optional. You can change photo, location, and notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Weather may be unavailable when location access or the network is unavailable; this never blocks a Keepsie.
Delete your account
Open My, scroll to Delete my account, and confirm Delete forever. This permanently removes the account, saved Keepsies, and uploaded photos. This action cannot be undone.
